Ohio law requires students (age 15½ to 21, 21 not included) to complete 24 hours of classroom instruction AND 8 hours of behind-the-wheel training before they can take the driving test.

What You Get

  • 24 hours of classroom instruction — divided into six 4-hour sessions or eight 3-hour lessons.
  • 8 hours of one-on-one behind-the-wheel training — provided by certified instructors in four 2-hour sessions.
  • Flexible scheduling — classes and driving lessons work around your school, work, or personal schedule.
  • Optional pickup service — depending on your location, we can pick you up from home, school, or work.
  • Transparent process & clear pricing — no confusing fees, no hidden costs, no surprises.

How the Program Works

1. Time Limit for Completion

  • You have 6 months from your first classroom session to complete the entire program (both classroom and driving portions).

2. In Person 24 Hour Classroom Training

  • Divided into six 4-hour classroom lessons OR eight 3-hour classroom lessons.

  • If you miss one, you can make up that lesson number next time it is offered at any of our locations (FYI: only locations with 6 lessons are eligible to take classes at different locations).

  • We kindly request that students bring their own notebook paper and writing utensils to take notes. Snacks are also allowed during break time.

  • THE LAST LESSON MUST BE TAKEN LAST, as it includes the final review and test. Please do not show up to the lesson if you are not ready to take the test. To view classroom lessons, please view the schedule.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class begins. Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend.

  • Before attending class, please print, fully complete, and sign the Application Form(Required for in-person classroom students only.)

3. Payment Policy

  • Classroom instructors accept cash or check (exact change only).

  • A non-refundable $100 deposit is required at your first class (unless you pay in full).

  • Alternatively, you can pay the full tuition online on the students account with a card.

  • The remaining balance is due after successfully completing the classroom portion, passing the exit test, and before you can schedule any driving lessons.

4. Behind the Wheel Training

  • After the classroom portion is complete and paperwork has been processed by the main office AND tuition is paid in full, you may schedule your behind-the-wheel sessions.

  • Once all 24 hours of classroom and 8 hours of driving with us is completed, your certificate will be uploaded under the “Uploadstab under → Completion” on your account.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days for processing. Delays may be due to missing information.

5. Pick Up / Drop Off Policy

  • Students may be picked up at home (depending on location), however arrangements can be made to be picked up at school or work by contacting the instructor directly. (instructors contact # is next to their name under the appointment)

  • If the city you live in is NOT the same as the city instructor you book with, you will have to MEET at the address of the location you choose, unless different arrangements are made by contacting the instructor directly.
